- Address
- Roonstraße 27, 50674 Cologne, Germany
- Represented by

No data protection officer has been appointed, as the statutory requirements of § 38 BDSG do not apply. For data protection matters please use the email address above.
2 · Principle and scope of processing
We process personal data only where this is necessary to provide this website and to handle your enquiries, or where you have given your consent. This website does not collect data for advertising or profiling purposes.
A note on how this website is built: this website loads no third-party content — fonts are embedded locally, and there are no map services, no video embeds and no advertising or analytics services. No data is therefore transmitted to third parties when you visit.
3 · Visiting the website and server log files
When you visit this website, the web server automatically stores data in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits for technical reasons:
- the truncated or full IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- name and URL of the file retrieved and the volume of data transferred
- browser and operating system used
- where applicable, the page visited previously (referrer)
Purpose: ensuring trouble-free operation, safeguarding system security, and detecting and preventing misuse.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and stable operation of the website.
Storage period: seven days, after which the data is deleted or anonymised.
Hosting: this website is operated at Neue Medien Münnich GmbH (ALL-INKL.COM), Bautzener Straße 56, 02742 Neusalza-Spremberg, Germany, on servers located in Germany. The provider processes the above data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
4 · Contact and enquiry form
You can contact us using the enquiry form on the home page. In doing so we process:
- Required details: first name, last name, company, business email address, product interest
- Optional details: phone number, budget, project description
- the time of submission
Purpose: handling and answering your enquiry, and where applicable initiating a business relationship.
Legal basis: your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and, where the enquiry is directed at concluding a contract, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Withdrawal: you may withdraw your consent at any time without formality, for example by email to hello@precisionx.com. The lawfulness of processing carried out up to the point of withdrawal remains unaffected.
Storage: the details are transmitted to the mailbox sales@precisionx.com at Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin) and to the customer management system Day AI, where they are stored. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
Spam protection: the form contains an additional field that is invisible to humans and serves solely to detect automated submissions. No further personal data is collected in the process.
Providing the required fields is necessary in order to handle your enquiry. Without them we cannot answer it; there is no statutory or contractual obligation to provide them.
5 · Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process your sender address and the content you send us in order to deal with your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, or Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries.
6 · Cookies, tracking and analytics
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising technologies. No information is stored on your device and no information already stored there is accessed within the meaning of § 25 TDDDG. For that reason no consent banner is required.
This is to be distinguished from measurement technologies used in advertising campaigns for our clients. Those do not concern this website; the privacy notices of the advertising company apply to them.
7 · Recipients and transfers to third countries
Within our company, personal data is passed only to those departments that need it in order to handle your enquiry. External recipients are exclusively the processors named above (hosting, form processing), who are contractually bound pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Transfers to countries outside the European Economic Area take place only where an adequacy decision of the European Commission exists or appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR have been agreed. The customer management system Day AI is operated by a provider based in the United States. The transfer is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR.
Data is not passed on to any other third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so.
8 · Storage period
We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes stated. Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted after twelve months at the latest. Where an enquiry leads to a contract, the statutory retention periods under commercial and tax law apply (as a rule six and ten years respectively pursuant to § 257 HGB and § 147 AO). Processing is restricted for that period.
9 · Your rights
As a data subject you have the following rights in relation to us:
- Access to the data processed about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure, unless a statutory retention obligation applies (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability in a structured, commonly used format (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)
- Objection to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR)
An informal message to hello@precisionx.com is sufficient to exercise them.
10 · Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is:
- Authority
- State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia
- Address
- Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany
